Centrally located, beautifully decorated room, staff at reception are awesome!
Breakfast wasn’t great and even the a la carte breakfast was not cooked well. I only enjoyed the smoothie.

Opus 16 pampers and cherishes its guests.
The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Bergen. Every member of staff I dealt with was professional and helpful. The room was cosy with a good bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding and I had a delicious meal in the restaurant on the evening of my arrival. The welcome drink was a lovely treat. I hope I get the chance to return.

Lovely hotel in an absolute perfect location
Lovely hotel in an absolute perfect location. Very clean, comfortable and great breakfast
I feel a little harsh as the hotel and staff were great except for a really ‘difficult’ lady that served us for breakfast on one of the three mornings of our stay (the first two morning we were served by a different lady who was perfect in her service. Again a little harsh but we got to the hotel at 23.02 on the first evening and was refused a drink as the bar was closing. In summary these were the only two things that stopped be giving the hotel full marks.
